Terms & Conditions
Last updated:
These Terms govern your access to and use of LearnTrading — an online trading education platform operated by SWISSBULL GROUP - FZCO. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to the Terms below.
Introduction & acceptance
LearnTrading (“LearnTrading”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an online platform that provides educational content about financial markets and trading. These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, the “User”) and SWISSBULL GROUP - FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under registration number 49936, with registered address at IFZA Business Park, DDP, 49936-01, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
We may publish additional policies (for example, a dedicated trading-risk disclaimer or cookie policy). Those policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of your agreement with us.
Definitions
“Service” means the LearnTrading website, applications, courses, lessons, quizzes, certificates, calculators and other features made available at
learntrading.com.“Content” means all materials made available through the Service, including videos, audio, articles, PDFs, quizzes, questions, images, graphics, source code, trademarks and logos.
“Subscription” means any paid plan (monthly, quarterly or annual) that grants access to the catalog of courses during an active billing period.
“Account” means the user account created during registration and used to access the Service.
“Catalog” means the set of courses and lessons available on the Service at a given time.
“Certificate” means the educational certificate issued by LearnTrading upon passing a course final exam, together with its public verification page.
Eligibility & age
The Service is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in their country of residence. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You must not use the Service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or a national of any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions issued by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) — including, without limitation, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe that continued access would breach applicable sanctions or export controls.
The Service is offered globally, in English. Where local law requires, additional consumer protections (for example, European Union cooling-off rights) apply alongside these Terms.
Account registration
To access paid Content, you must create an Account using a valid email address and a secure password, or by signing in with a supported single sign-on provider. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep your login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for any activity carried out under your Account. You must notify us immediately at support@learntrading.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your Account. We may require email verification before granting full access to the Service.
One Account per natural person. Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared with or sold to third parties.
The Service — what we offer
LearnTrading provides educational content only. The Service is designed to help users learn about trading concepts, markets and risk management.
The Service is not financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. We do not offer trading signals, managed accounts, copy trading, personalised recommendations, order execution or broker integrations. We are not regulated as a broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager or financial intermediary, and we do not hold client funds or digital assets on your behalf.
Any decision to trade, invest or use financial products is made solely by you. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed financial adviser in your jurisdiction before making any investment or trading decision.
Course catalog disclaimer
Your Subscription grants access to the catalog of courses that is available on the Service at any given time. The catalog is dynamic and may change as we improve our offering, retire outdated content, or add new material.
“Your subscription grants access to the catalog of courses available at any given time. LearnTrading reserves the right to add, modify, remove or replace courses without prior notice, and this shall not give rise to any right to compensation, partial refund or discount.”
For clarity: LearnTrading does not commit to maintaining any specific number of courses, to keeping any specific course in the catalog, or to publishing new courses within any particular timeframe. Differences between the number of courses available when you subscribed and the number available later do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
Planned features & forward-looking statements
Parts of the Service — including the home page, other marketing pages, roadmaps, previews, screenshots and illustrations — may describe features that are planned, in development, or under consideration. Those descriptions are provided for information only.
Not currently available. A feature labelled “Coming soon”, or otherwise presented as planned or upcoming, does not form part of the Service today and is not included in any Subscription tier.
No commitment to deliver. Development plans change. A planned feature may be delivered later than expected, delivered in a materially different form, or never delivered at all.
Intent, not promise. A “Coming soon” label, roadmap entry or similar indication reflects our present intention at the time of publication. It is not a commitment, a contractual obligation, a warranty, or a representation that development has started or will be completed.
“Your decision to purchase or renew a Subscription should be based solely on the features that are available on the Service at the time of purchase, and not on any planned, expected or announced future feature.”
Statements about future features, timing, plans or expectations are forward-looking statements. They are not guarantees of future availability or performance and are subject to change without notice. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, we assume no obligation to update or revise any forward-looking statement, whether as a result of new information, changed plans or otherwise.
A delay, a change in scope, or the non-delivery of a planned feature does not constitute a breach of these Terms and does not give rise to any right to compensation, refund, partial refund or discount. Section 6 (Course catalog disclaimer) applies in the same way to the courses and lessons that make up the Catalog.
Subscriptions, payments & refunds
Paid access to the catalog is provided through three Subscription tiers — Monthly (1-month billing cycle), Quarterly (3-month billing cycle) and Annual (12-month billing cycle) — at the prices shown on our Pricing page. All prices are stated in the currency displayed at checkout and are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment details are handled directly by Stripe under their own terms and privacy policy; we never store full card numbers on our servers.
Crypto payments are processed by NowPayments. We currently accept BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC and BNB. The final list of supported assets may be updated at any time and is always shown at checkout.
Auto-renewal (card subscriptions). Subscriptions paid by card through Stripe renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to the catalog until that date, and, except as provided in Section 18 (Modifications to these terms) or required by your statutory consumer rights, no pro-rata refund is issued for the remainder of the period.
Manual renewal (crypto subscriptions). Subscriptions paid with crypto through NowPayments are fixed-term and are billed as a one-off invoice for the tier you choose. They do not auto-renew, and no automatic charge is ever made. To keep your access after the term ends, you subscribe again from the pricing page once the current term has expired. Access to the catalog pauses between the expiry date and your new purchase, and your course progress is kept. You can also cancel a crypto Subscription at any time from your account dashboard; because these subscriptions do not auto-renew, cancelling does not stop anything mid-term — you retain access to the catalog until the term expires — and, except as provided in Section 18 (Modifications to these terms) or required by your statutory consumer rights, no refund is issued for the remaining period.
Refunds. If you paid by card, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not substantially consumed the Content during that period (for example, by completing lessons that are premium). Request a refund by email from the email address associated with your Account: that From header is how support identifies your request. Refunds are reviewed and issued by our support team; the Service does not process them automatically.
Statutory withdrawal rights. The 7-day window above is our commercial policy and does not limit any longer right the law gives you. If you are a consumer located in a jurisdiction that grants statutory withdrawal rights — for example the European Union, where the period is 14 days from the initial purchase — that right applies in full and takes precedence over this Section. Email support@learntrading.com to exercise it.
Crypto refunds. Payments made with crypto through NowPayments are not eligible for a refund under our 7-day commercial policy. This does not affect any statutory withdrawal right you may have, or the pro-rata refund described in Section 18 — where either applies it applies regardless of how you paid, and you should email support@learntrading.com so we can arrange an alternative payout method.
Price changes. We may change Subscription prices. Material price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance by email and via an in-app banner, and will only apply to renewals that occur after the notice period expires. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
One active subscription per user. The checkout flow will not create a second concurrent Subscription while an existing Subscription is still active or cancelled-but-within-period.
No free trial. A limited number of lessons are made available at no cost as free previews. Apart from those lessons, all paid Content requires an active Subscription.
Certificates
When you successfully complete a course and pass its final exam, LearnTrading issues an educational Certificate, identified by a unique verification code. The Certificate is also available as a downloadable PDF and can be publicly verified at the URL /verify/:code.
Certificates are educational only. They do not constitute a regulated professional qualification, a licence to provide financial advice, or authorisation to operate as a trader, broker or investment professional under any regulatory regime.
You may share your Certificate publicly — for example, by adding the verification URL to your LinkedIn profile. By sharing a Certificate you acknowledge that the corresponding verification page will become publicly accessible and may reveal your name and the certified course. Choosing whether and where to share your Certificate is your responsibility.
Intellectual property & license
All Content, trademarks, logos, user interface elements, software, databases and designs that make up the Service are owned by LearnTrading or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and to an active Subscription (where required), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to access and use the Content solely for your own, non-commercial learning purposes.
You must not, and must not allow any third party to:
- download, copy, record or extract Content outside the features provided by the Service;
redistribute, publish, broadcast, sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise make Content available to third parties;
- share, lend or sell login credentials;
- scrape, crawl or use automated tools to collect Content or data from the Service;
- use any Content to train, fine-tune or benchmark machine-learning models;
- create derivative works based on the Content, or translate, adapt or reproduce it;
- remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.
Applying the knowledge you acquire through the Service to your own personal trading activity does not breach this licence, but the Content itself must not be redistributed. We may revoke this licence at any time if you breach these Terms.
Acceptable use & prohibited conduct
You agree to use the Service in good faith and in compliance with applicable law. In particular, you must not:
- share your Account credentials with any other person;
- commit or attempt to commit payment fraud, including fraudulent chargebacks;
- scrape, reverse-engineer or mirror any part of the Service;
- resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute access to the Service or the Content;
- harass, threaten, insult or otherwise harm our team, instructors or other users;
circumvent, attempt to circumvent, or assist others in circumventing the paywall, entitlement checks or content-protection mechanisms;
upload or transmit malware, or engage in any activity that could disrupt, degrade or impair the Service;
- use the Service in violation of sanctions, export controls or other applicable laws.
User-generated content. The Service may, now or in the future, allow users to post reviews, comments, questions or community contributions (“UGC”). You are solely responsible for any UGC you submit. By submitting UGC you grant LearnTrading a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable licence to host, display, reproduce, translate and distribute your UGC for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You must not submit UGC that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, infringing, sexually explicit, hateful or otherwise harmful, and we may remove UGC at our discretion without notice.
Termination
You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your account dashboard, in which case you will retain access to the catalog until the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Service immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent, abusive or illegal conduct, or put the Service, its users or our team at risk.
Where termination results from a breach of these Terms by you, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of your Subscription. This is without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights, where applicable.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, the sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law and the catalog disclaimer) will continue to apply.
Risk disclaimer
Trading involves a high level of risk, including the potential loss of all capital invested. Markets — including equities, derivatives, foreign exchange and crypto-assets — can move rapidly, experience extreme volatility, and result in losses that exceed your initial outlay when leverage is used.
Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Any examples, backtests, simulations or case studies presented in the Content are for educational illustration only and do not guarantee or promise any particular outcome.
The Content does not take into account your personal financial situation, objectives, risk tolerance or tax position. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the Content, including any use of leverage or trading in crypto-assets. We strongly recommend seeking independent advice from a licensed financial adviser regulated in your jurisdiction before acting on any information presented on the Service.
Third-party services
Operating the Service requires us to rely on third-party service providers. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. The principal providers currently used are:
Supabase — authentication, database and file storage;
Stripe — card payments and billing;
NowPayments — crypto payments and billing;
Resend — transactional email delivery;
ElevenLabs — server-side text-to-speech for audio lessons;
Google and X (Twitter) — optional single sign-on for account access;
Vercel — hosting, edge delivery and scheduled jobs;
PostHog — product analytics, consent-gated in the browser (see the Privacy Policy);
CoinGecko — public price data used by the free calculators and tools.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, outages or policies of these third parties, but we do select providers that meet industry-standard security and privacy practices.
Affiliate program
LearnTrading may in future operate an affiliate program that would allow approved individuals and businesses to refer new paying customers in exchange for a commission (the “Affiliate Program”). Participation would be subject to acceptance and revocable at our discretion.
No Affiliate Program is open at present. Commission rates, attribution rules, payout thresholds, payment cadence and any other commercial terms will be published, and must be accepted at enrolment, before the program admits participants. Nothing in this Section is an offer to enrol, or a commitment to any particular rate.
Should the Affiliate Program launch, the following activities are prohibited and will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of pending commissions:
bidding on LearnTrading brand terms, trademarks or typos in paid-search engines (“brand bidding”);
- unsolicited email, direct-message or social-media spam;
- fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, or misleading claims about results;
- self-referrals or referrals made through accounts controlled by the affiliate;
publishing or distributing discount codes or coupons that were not authorised by LearnTrading;
traffic sourced from incentivised networks, bots, click farms or other fraudulent schemes.
The Affiliate Program is offered “as is” and may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time, at our discretion.
Limitation of liability & "AS IS"
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability or freedom from defects.
We will use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not commit to a specific uptime service level. The Service is offered on a best-effort basis and is not intended for mission-critical use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LearnTrading, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, revenue, trading gains, data, goodwill or business opportunities, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any Content.
Our aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the total amount you actually paid to LearnTrading in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud, gross negligence or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, how long we retain it (billing records are kept for a minimum of five (5) years to meet tax and accounting obligations), and the rights available to you under applicable data-protection laws, including the GDPR, the CCPA, the LGPD and the UAE PDPL. Account deletion, data export (portability), and correcting your profile details (rectification of your name, phone number and country) are self-service from your account dashboard. When you request account deletion, your account enters a 60-day soft-delete grace period during which it can be recovered; after that period your account and its data are removed from our active systems. A limited archived record — such as your contact identifiers — may be retained where necessary for legal, fraud-prevention or support-recovery purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy (billing records are kept for the minimum period noted above). To exercise any remaining rights — in particular objection to certain processing — write to support@learntrading.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Modifications to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, to reflect changes in law, in our features, or in our business model. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance by email (to the address associated with your Account) and via an in-app banner, before they take effect. Non-material changes (such as clarifications and typo fixes) may take effect immediately upon publication.
If you do not agree with a material change, you may cancel your Subscription before the change takes effect and request a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your current billing period by contacting support@learntrading.com. Continuing to use the Service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws in force in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates, to the exclusion of any conflict-of-laws rules.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
Nothing in this section affects any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence to bring proceedings in your local courts.
